Dear  Mr. & Mrs. Leos,

I just wanted to thank you for helping us get our home back together. The stained floors look absolutely beautiful. Quite honestly, I was thinking the floors were going to be much like the original. I was surprised to see that is wasn’t. Now, I am taken back at its beauty and luster and hope I don’t destroy them! There are more positives about the new floor that I accepted.

• The floor really shines again.
• The imperfections on the original floor and everyday living are masked or virtually gone.
• The floor looks totally different, which goes with my totally repainted home.
• The marbling warms our whole home, amazing since it is, after all, concrete!

Mr. Leos, thank you for your patience and educating me on the upkeep, even though you’ve reassured me time and time again that there is virtually little to none. I had no idea how to keep the floors shining until you told me, and I appreciate that. Terry, I appreciated the friendly conversation early one Saturday morning. I just assumed it was an office number.

Thank you Mr. Leos and Terry for accepting us as a client. You were the only ones that showed a genuine concern about our situation. Now only were you responsive but also kept coming back with knowledgeable answers. You were also the only one who’s hard and laborious work I felt would garner the results I was looking for, and I was right!
